They are remodeling and it needs it. Great and friendly staff. Sharon was wonderful. Slept great and plenty of towels. The free breakfast had so many choices and was really good. 4 of us stayed in a double bed room and the chair folded out to let our 9 year old sleep by himself! That was awesome.
Very sweet caring management and staff. My family and I missed breakfast so the manager offered us to go lunches. I politely declined because we had so many snacks. Then I also forgot my personal pillow in the room and the manager called me on my cell to let me know. And just in the knick of time! Will come back here again!
The staff was very accommodating. The best customer service I've had at a hotel before. They were so nice and helpful. Keep up the good work.
Was promised over the phone adjoining rooms. Not the case. Very disappointed since i spent over $800 for adjoining rooms i needed and did not get. Total waste of money. Also no cell reception inside hotel. Cant text or call. Only communication is fb messenger and email. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. Staff is super nice so far.
Staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious with microwave and mini refrigerator included.Clean bathrooms. Good number of options included in the breakfast.
