American home shield assigned them to repair our AC. They came out quickly and determined the problem. After that they had an issue between them and the warranty company. Something about where the parts were coming from.

Southern Comfort has always been great when we were in a bind. They have after hours coverage and their workers are swift to take care of us and our guests. The owner takes customer service seriously and insists the rest of his team do so as well. They are our go-to AC guys!
Awesome group of guys! They take great care of our businesses, rental property and home! Would highly recommend!
Next thing I know Southern Comfort is waiting for a week for someone at their office to come back from vacation so that person can decide if they want to finish the job they accepted. A week later, they decided they are not. Thanks for leaving us in the lurch Southern Comfort.
This company is a joke I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone!!! They say they are putting in units that are not even the correct size u paid for. It is an act of congress to get them to come out and service it when you have a problem with your unit because you live 2 hrs away, when u have a 10 year warranty ON a product that you purchased 3 years ago and they have been out atleast 2 times a year since you purchased it!!!! AGAIN DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! And they will say you say stuff that you did not cause they don't want to get up on a wkend and service their products. I wouldn't even give them one star but it makes you in order to write the review!! DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT SOME JUNK THATS NOT GONNA WORK!!
